1st time using these guys. Extremely awesome to do business with. Had a compressor fan burnout. They brought me a new one and explained everything I needed to know to not have them return. Honest, professional, compassionate, and talented group of technicians. I finally can delete the numerous ac company numbers in my contacts, and just store their number. Seriously, I couldn’t have been luckier to come across great AC service from a great group of guys.

Had an issue with the A//C leaking due to the supply line being clogged. We’re able to come out the same day and performed the maintenance and fixed the lines to make future maintenance easier. Roberto was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, as well as respectful of the property. Great company, with great workers!

My A/C unit went out on a Thursday. I called Fri Morning and Shawn (Owner)was here with in 2 hours to Access the situation. Shawn recommended a new A/C. Mine is from 2004 and no hope for it.they supplied me with a portable A/C unit (At no extra charge) to help keep us cool over the weekend .Vladimir (GM) was great to bring us the A/C on Fri afternoon and hook it up.Vladimir (GM) showed up Monday on time.Vladimir and Jonathan did an awesome job.Very professional and very nice people. Price was reasonableI will recommend this Company to friends and family

it’s an excellent company. I have total trust in them. They have the best employees, they are on time, get back to you ASAP when you call or message, and will do everything they can to resolve your issue.I use them for a twice yearly maintenance contract and they put in 2 complete systems in a duplex that originally had no AC at all all.

Always superb service from AC Police! The maintenance tech was on time and provided excellent service for my AC. He was respectful of my home and took great care when walking through it to get outside. And it must be mentioned that AC Police is a Veteran-owned business, which make me feel even better about calling them when I have any AC problems or my unit needs maintenance.

AC Police was excellent. I called AC Police with an emergency, and they came to my mothers rescue. A/C police came on time and the Technitian was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us step by step the repair process so we can learn and see for ourselves that the job was done correctly! Our A/C now it’s working again and they didn’t leave until they made sure the leak was sealed. A/C policy is a company that you can trust. Highly recommended!!!
