Meet Shawn Miranda
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to visit our website. My name is Shawn Miranda and I am the owner and operator of AC Police L.L.C.
While enlisted in the US NAVY and serving on board the USS. Kauffman FFG-59, I learned the importance of having a core value structure. In the US NAVY, our core values are HONOR, COURAGE, & COMMITMENT. When I transitioned into civilian life, I carried over those values into my daily life outside of my service to my country, and when I decided to open AC Police, I wanted to adopt a core value structure that was linked to my experiences in the US NAVY that I could live out on a daily basis.
My first core value is Honest. I constantly hold myself accountable for all my words and stay 100% honest with not only myself but with my customers as well. Even if it is something that my customers do not want to hear, I tell it how it is. My honesty with my customers is my top priority, I strive to keep my customers informed and in the loop throughout the repair or replacement of their AC system.
My second core value is Dependable, when we here at AC Police give our word we stand by those words. We provide priority service to all our customers and give 2 hour time windows and always keep our customers up to date on scheduled appointments.
Lastly our third core value is Committed. We stay 100% committed to all our customers and all their HVAC needs. I make it my mission to always take care of any issues that my customers may experience, and solve them in a timely manner.
